Garden Club of Stone Harbor Annual Plant and Bake Sale

Help beautify the town as you decorate your home with dazzling flowers in this event hosted by The Garden Club of Stone Harbor. Proceeds from the sale help to provide the beautiful flower boxes and arrangements along 96th Street as well as the planting and maintenance of the Stone Harbor Elementary School Garden of Remembrance, and much more.

Other performances will be held at various locations and times throughout Cape May
International touring artists perform on 2 outdoor stages on the grounds of the Exit Zero Ferry Park, located at the Cape May Ferry Terminal. Music at Exit Zero Ferry Park runs from 11am-6pm each day. Cape May bars and restaurants will host many genres of music throughout the three-day event.
East Lynne Theater Company presents “Sherlock Holmes Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle”

This play will be performed in the style of a radio broadcast, complete with live sound effects and commercials, just like the Sherlock Holmes’ radio series on NBC that premiered in 1930.
Captain Kidd Pirate Day

26th Street and Boardwalk, Wildwood
Come enjoy the Annual Captain Kidd Pirate Day parade, followed by a treasure hunt at 19th and the beach. All children 12 and under who are registered for the parade can check in between 10:00 – 10:30 am at the 26th street entrance. Costume judging will take place from 10:00 am – 10:45 am. All children 12 and under who just want to receive a treasure chest and participate in the raffle will line up on the boardwalk between 19th & 20th Aves. The parade and event will start promptly at 11:00 am.
Captain Kidd Pirate Bonfire

Visitors will enjoy a weekend full of hands-on activities that are focused on conservation, including shorebird viewings, horseshoe crab workshops, horseshoe crab spawning survey demos and guided walks, back-bay tours and more

Atlantic Street Movement Car Show

Morey’s Piers is proud to host Atlantic Street Movement and their Get Low series as they visit Wildwood, NJ on May 21, 2022. More than 100 works of automobile art are expected to attend this unique car show event taking place at Morey’s PigDog Beach Bar. In addition, there will be food, drink, DJ entertainment, and car show vendors all right on the sand. Spectator Admission for this unique, one-day event will include a two-day amusement pass to Morey’s Piers. Good for Friday, May 20 and Saturday, May 21, these two-day passes will get you on all the amusement rides Morey’s has to offer. It’s time to get your feet sandy! Come join us to officially start the summer season on the beach next to the Wildwoods Convention Center. A large, ornate key will be used to ‘unlock’ the ocean, along with tourism and city officials, and guest speakers. This event is FREE to attend.
Wildwoods International Kite Festival

On the beach at Rio Grande Avenue, Wildwood, and inside the Wildwoods Convention Center
This annual event begins on Friday at noon with the Unlocking of the Ocean outside of the Wildwoods Convention Center. Festivities following include opening of the Kite Sales Tent, Friday night social via the local kite club and the 9:00 pm. illuminated night kite fly. Saturday includes the silent and loud auctions (open to all) and Saturday and Sunday include the flying of large inflatable kites, team flying, as well as family games. Monday features the World lndoor Kite exhibition inside the Wildwoods Convention Center- FREE to spectators.

Come out of your winter shells and enjoy this Memorial Day Weekend Tradition! Turtle Trot is a fast course through Stone Harbor’s scenic, residential neighborhoods. Prizes will be awarded to the top three men and the top three women to place in the 5k Race. Race day registration and pre-registered runner check-in begins at 6:45 a.m. at the Lifeguard Shack Parking Lot on 95th Street and the beach, with the 5k Race commencing at 8 a.m. and the Fun Walk beginning just five minutes later. A donation from proceeds will be made to The Wetland’s Institute’s Terrapin Conservation Program.
