14 Ways to Get Your Beach Fix (the Quarantine Way) – #1 Beach Cams

These are trying times, to say the least. For many of us shore lovers, the perfect antidote for the novel Coronavirus would be to jump in our cars and head to the shore for a day (a night, a week) by the sea.
But the Governors in the tri-state area have warned people to stay in their homes and stay healthy. They’ve asked us (and in some cases ordered us) to shelter in place. That is because the more we travel, interact, touch surfaces and breathe around each other, the more Covid-19 spreads. And the more it spreads, the longer we’re all in quarantine. And the longer we’re in quarantine, the longer it will take us to get to the shore.
So if you’re paying attention to the advice of medical experts and the pleas of our leaders, going down the shore is not an option right now. However, there are ways to connect with our beloved shore without leaving your house.
This is the first in a series of articles dedicated to helping you get your beach fix while you’re sheltering in place. For the next 14 days, we will be posting an article each day to inspire you to get – and stay – connected to your favorite shore town.
We’ll get through this as long as we stay hopeful, healthy and 6 feet from each other. Until then, let us bring the beach to you.
