The Mummers return to the Wildwoods on Friday-Saturday, September 6-7 to celebrate New Year’s in North Wildwood! Over a dozen String Bands including the top bands from the 2024 New Year’s Day Parade in Philadelphia, PA will be featured as the Mummers Parade steps off at 3 p.m. at Olde New Jersey Ave, beginning at 2nd Street and concluding at Spruce Ave.

Muddy Schnitzel Family Fun Run

Wildwood Beach between Mariner’s and Adventure Piers
Lace up your sneaks and prepare to get muddy in Morey’s Piers first annual Muddy Schnitzel, a family mud run on the beach between Mariner’s and Adventure Piers. The course is about 1 mile long and features over a dozen obstacles, including water pits, an army crawl, king of the dune, and tube scramble. Families will have a blast navigating the course together and racing to the finish, where every participant will be awarded a finisher medal! Muddy Schnitzel is appropriate for kids five and older. An adult must accompany children under 14 on the course.

Fall Family Festival Antique Auto Show & Parade

Stroll along and admire vintage and classic cars as you listen to music by Snake Brothers Band from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon. Auto Show Awards will be held at 1:00 pm, followed by the Antique Auto Parade at 1:30 PM (the parade runs along Pleasure Avenue from 44th Street to 93rd Street, then is runs north on Landis from 93rd to JFK – and ends at JFK)
Ocean City Airport Festival Annual festival

Parachute Pyrotechnic Show

This show consists of several highly trained and specially licensed Team Fastrax™ demonstrators exiting the aircraft 6,000 feet above Ocean City’s Beach & Boardwalk. Brilliant white or multi-colored projectile pyrotechnics are then ignited and flown in formation, creating a dazzling display for spectators on the ground. Witness an 8:00 pm jump with a landing on the 7th St Beach. Viewable along the entire Boardwalk.

Follow the light of the full moon on these rare nighttime climbs up the 199 cast-iron spiral staircase steps to the top of the Cape May Lighthouse. Enjoy this nighttime view nearly 156 feet above the Delaware Bay and Atlantic Ocean.

The Wildwood Kustom Hot Rod & Muscle Car Show will take place on the Wildwoods boardwalk and inside the Wildwoods Convention Center.
Annual Irish Fall Festival
Friday September 20 – Sunday September 22, 2024, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm daily
Olde New Jersey Avenue and surrounding pubs, North Wildwood
The largest Irish Festival on the East Coast celebrating Irish heritage with dancing, music, food and craft vendors. Other festivities include a golf tournament, boxing, Irish dance lessons, 5K run and 1 mile walk, pipe exhibition, food court, and Catholic Mass. The events conclude with a parade on Surf Avenue from 20th to Spruce and Olde New Jersey Avenues, North Wildwood.

“Monsters on the Beach” Monster Truck Beach Races

Monsters on the Beach presented by Renegade Monster Truck Tour comes to Wildwood! The Monster on Main Street Event begins with 8 Renegade Monster Trucks on display in Wildwood Crest Friday afternoon 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm before they parade through Wildwood Crest to the Beach where they will prepare for Saturday’s event. Saturday September 28 will start the battle for points as these 8 Renegade Monster Trucks will compete for bragging rights and title of King of the Beach by tackling an aggressive track of obstacles including crush cars, huge jumps and even a Backflip Ramp! Monsters on the Beach will also include the Mini Monster Truck Series.
