Sara the Turtle Festival
Tuesday, June 27, 2023 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Excursion Park, Sea Isle City
The Sara the Turtle Festival will feature a hands-on Wildlife Display (with live animals), as well as Environmental Exhibits by the Wetlands Institutes, the Marine Mammal Stranding Cerner, Sea Isle City’s Environmental Commission, the Beachcomber Guides, and Sea Isle Terrapin Rescue. There will also be a “Diaper Derby” Baby Crawling Contest, face painters, a Bounce House and strolling entertainers. At 8:00 pm, “The Turtlesingers” will delight children with an entertaining and educational musical presentation that will include live turtles.

Pose For Peace Yoga

Pose for Peace is a beautiful beach yoga experience where the class forms the shape of a Peace Sign to practice. Move with the breath, meditate and unite in sending a wave of peace out to the world. The donation based event benefits the Epilepsy Foundation and open to all. Online registration required for this Community Event. Class limited to first 100 signed up, all bodies welcome.

Fall Family Festival Antique Auto Show & Parade

29th Street to JFK Boulevard on the Promenade, Sea Isle City
History-buffs and auto-enthusiasts will flock to display and admire scores of vintage vehicles while enjoying live music by The Snake Brothers Band. At 1:00 pm, trophies will be presented to the winners of the Antique Auto Show. Then, each of the vehicles entered in the auto show will parade through town, bringing this year’s Skimmer Festival to a spectacular close. Live music and a parade will follow at 1:30 pm.
