Wildwood, North Wildwood and Wildwood Crest are the small towns that make up The Wildwoods. They are located along the South Jersey shore. Cape May lies to the south. Stone Harbor, Townsends Inlet, Sea Isle City, Strathmere and Ocean City lie to the north. Each of these towns offers many things to do. These include events, attractions and much more.
The 2 mile wooden boardwalk is the biggest attraction in the Wildwood area is its 2 mile long wooden boardwalk. Additionally, these towns are known for their expansive – and free- beaches. This means that no beach tags are required on these beaches. Nature centers, shopping venues and a plethora of dining options are also available here. Watersports are offered on the bay, including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, boating, fishing and more.
This area offers year-round events to visitors and residents. These include free activities, festivals, foot and wine events, themed weekends and more. There are many planned holiday-themed events in November and December.
